Engineered for real-world firefighting and rescue scenarios, the LIFTMAK Hydraulic Platform cage can safely carry a rated load of 500 kg (with dry monitor), and has been dynamically tested to withstand up to 750 kg at maximum boom outreach—even during full 360° rotation. Whether it’s rescue personnel, equipment, or both—the cage maintains stability without compromise.

CANBUS-Enabled System
Precision meets automation with a redundant sensor system feeding into the CANBUS-controlled outreach management system. This ensures that every movement—whether it’s slewing, boom extension, or load handling—is kept within safe, pre-programmed operational limits. The electro-hydraulic proportional joysticks allow seamless, smooth, and simultaneous multi-axis control, giving operators unmatched command and responsiveness.

Corrosion-Resistant Steel
Designed to thrive in the harshest environments, all booms are constructed from FE540 high-strength steel or superior grades like Weldox®/Domex®, known for their exceptional strength-to-weight ratio. Internal and external anti-corrosion treatments ensure the platform remains reliable over time, while box-type boom sections add structural integrity under dynamic loads.
Advanced Wind & Obstacle
Sensing Technology
Safety comes standard. The platform is equipped with: Electronic slew restriction to prevent movement where outriggers aren’t fully deployed. Cage-mounted collision sensors that detect nearby structures and automatically halt movement within a 1-meter range—keeping operators and surroundings safe. Optional override allows cautious operation in tight spaces, adding flexibility without compromising safety.
Mounted on Robust, Compliant Chassis
Our systems are mounted on heavy-duty sub-frames affixed to ARAI-certified BS-VI compliant chassis with a minimum engine power of 200 HP (150 HP for 22m variant). Each installation strictly adheres to CMVR regulations, ensuring the equipment remains within chassis GVW limits.
Chassis brand and model are customizable in consultation with our team. Modifications to cabin and frame are included as needed for optimal fitment.
Full Stability on Any Terrain
Four H-type outriggers provide superior ground grip and leveling. Designed to lift the vehicle entirely off the ground on slopes up to 7°, the system features independent leveling controls and an auto-leveling feature accurate to within ±0.5°.
A slew restriction system ensures the boom only moves where outriggers are fully deployed, and electronic cage collision sensors cut operations near obstacles for added safety.
Integrated High-Performance Water Monitor
Each platform includes a 75mm stainless steel/aluminium telescopic water pipe and a manual water monitor with a capacity of 3800 LPM. The monitor includes jet/fog functionality, with optional radio-controlled variants available.

Computer Override for Full Control in Emergencies
In the rare event of a system failure, the platform retracts automatically. An optional Computer Override System allows operation under modified parameters with mechanical/hydraulic backups to maintain safety.
Emergency Backup Power
Should the main truck engine or PTO fail, a dedicated standby engine operates all equipment at reduced speed. A battery-driven stow system provides additional backup for secure storage of the platform.
Integrated Telescopic Ladder
A robust telescopic ladder runs along the boom, designed to handle up to 300 kg per rung, offering safe evacuation and high stability even in windy conditions.
